b. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Modifications to the Agreement We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Crescent and Sparrow regarding the use of the Platform and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
