Roller Blends for Toddlers & Children
Hi friend,
I recently had Ava pick out a set off rollers off of amazon for us to make for her and Luna. She ended up choosing this set and was super excited about them! So fast forward and we get them in our mailbox and decided to make a video making all the rollers together. It was a special time that we were able to spend together and when we went to upload the video, it all got erased from my memory card!!!
We were both super bummed that all that hard work went to nothing, but then cheered ourselves up with knowing that it was still a special time and we now have a bunch of new rollers to utilize. I want to share with you the recipes we choose but before I do, I want to talk about something extremely important. Dilution!
Always always ALWAYS, dilute your oils when dealing with any person under the age of 12. Below I have listed a simple guideline that is used in the dilution world. Please save this as a reference for future use!

Once you have the proper dilution set up in your rollers you can add your essential oils into the bottle. The recipes below are intended for you to add your oil level in and then with the remainder of the bottle add your oils accordingly :: For example :: lets say I am making a roller for Ava who is 6 years old. I will first fill up the bottle 3/4 of the way with my carrier oil; such as jojoba oil…then proceed to add my EO in. Lets say I am going to make tummy love, the bottle will be 3/4 jojoba oil and 1/4 diGize.
Below are six recipes you can use for your littles, in hopes that it serves a purpose in everyday motherhood!

Essential oils are easily absorbed by our skin due to their natural molecular composition. Their topical application provides an almost immediate effect to where it is applied. There are a few places that I recommend applying your oils.
- The back of the neck on the hairline (Suboccipital Triangle)
- an area that is at the base of the brain stem
- Bottoms of feet (can be fun and filled with tickles)
- allows for quick absorption
- Over the heart
- a soothing and calming area
- Belly
- for digestive support
- Behind the earlobes
- allows for quick absorption
- Owies spots
- to help with discomfort
